Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten Program

VPK is Free for Eligible 4-Year-Olds

Florida's VPK program provides free Pre-K education for all 4-year-olds. Countryside is a proud VPK provider, offering the free 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM program five days a week. Families who need extended hours can add a full day for a weekly fee.

VPK follows the Miami-Dade County Public Schools schedule. Full day extended care is available from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM for $189.00 per week. Contact us to learn if your child qualifies.

The free VPK session runs 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Extended care covers the full day from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. VPK non-payment days (teacher planning days) are $55.00 per day.

Sibling Discount

$10 / week

Immediate family only. A $10.00 per week discount is applied to the lesser tuition rate when enrolling siblings.

Hero Discount

15% / week

15% off total weekly tuition for active military, police officers, and firefighters. We are proud to honor those who serve.

Only one discount may be applied per family.

Payment Information

Payment Plans and Policies

Payment plans must be chosen at registration. Available plans: bi-weekly, every 4 weeks, or Tuition Express (weekly auto-draft).

Bi-weekly payments are due on Mondays of the first week of service and must include the second week. A $30.00 late fee applies after Tuesday if payment is not received.

Every 4-week payments are due by the 1st of the month. A $30.00 late fee applies after the 1st. If the 1st falls on a weekend, payment is due the business day before.

Tuition Express is an automatic weekly draft from a bank account or credit card. Credit and bank card payments carry a 5% service fee per transaction.

Countryside reserves the right to withdraw any student due to non-payment of tuition or fees. Re-enrollment requires a new registration fee.

No tuition refund, credit, or allowance will be given for days absent or school closings, for any program.

Tuition is subject to change without notice. There is an annual tuition increase. Discounts do not apply to Teacher Planning Days, Summer, or Holiday enrollment.
